Fire Glass - Media Recommendation

All fire bowls come with lava rock filler.  If you are ordering fire glass or topping with another media, the following quantities are recommended by the manufacturer for a 2" depth:

• 48" Linear Bowls - 60 lbs
• 60" Linear Bowls - 95 lbs
• 72" Linear Bowls - 110 lbs

Manufacturer Warranty

The Outdoor Plus warranties its product against manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct function as follows:

• Electronics, Gas Valves & Pilot Assembly:  Residential - 1 year; Commercial - 6 months
• Stainless Steel and Aluminum Pans:  Residential - 5 years;  Commercial - 1 year
• Burner Ring & Ring Burners:  Lifetime Warranty
• Electrodes & Spark Igniters: Not warrantied (due to lifespan)

Shipping and Returns

Most Importantly

SHIPPING for this item is FREE via LTL (Economy Freight).  Once your order ships, transit time is typically 5-8 days.  You will receive tracking information, instructions and an estimated day of arrival.

IMPORTANT:  Please use the best email and phone number on your order to receive tracking information and communicate with the carrier.

RETURNS are not allowed for custom made-to-order Items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect per order specifications.  Notification must be made within 48 hours of receipt if there is an issue.  See our Returns Policy for more information and instructions to initiate a return.

Shipping Information

All of our larger items ship by freight.  This means they are too large and/or heavy for a standard carrier route.  They can arrive on trucks up to 53 ft long (like a long moving truck) and may be palleted, crated, wrapped, and/or boxed.  If you think a long truck would have difficulty getting near your home, you may want to use an alternate shipping address.

Our manufacturers use multiple carriers.  As soon as your item ships, you will be notified via email of the carrier and tracking number. 

Delivery

The carrier will contact you directly to coordinate a drop-off time when someone will be home (again please be sure to include the best phone number and email on your order). 

Due to the potential size of the delivery truck, freight companies set expectations for curbside drop-off/delivery, so it's a good idea to have help and a moving dolly on hand for your item's scheduled arrival.

Carriers are required to provide you about 15 minutes to look over your order before you sign for delivery.  Please plan to unbox your items and inspect them right away.  You must notify us within 48 hours of any inaccuracies or damages that may have occurred during transit to qualify for a return.
