The fine, furniture-quality alder interior features two-tier benches for optimal bathing comfort and versatility. A massive, vault-thick dual-pane locking door crafted from satin-smooth alder is bordered by dual-pane insulated sidelight windows creating a full glass front, providing a sense of openness and a peerless view of the outdoors. From floor to ceiling, this sauna is designed to cocoon the bather in warmth and comfort.

From any angle, it is obvious that this sauna was built without compromise. Its finely sawn, painted spruce exterior beautifully contrasts the rich alder interior. Insulated walls and double-glazed insulated glass ensure maximum thermal efficiency. A rainwater system protects the Model G7 from the elements. The Model G7 includes a low-voltage, waterproof white LED lighting system that uses app-based Wi-Fi, allowing you to set the perfect ambiance. A hand-held remote control is also provided for on/off/dim operation. This heat and water certified (IP67), SaunaLife features dotless LEDs for a modern, upscale appearance.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping
- There is a $950 flat rate shipping charge in the contiguous 48 states on this product.
- Orders from SaunaLife typically ship in 2-3 days. Once your order ships you will receive tracking information, instructions and an estimated day of arrival.
- Once your order ships, transit time is typically 5-8 days with most carriers.
- If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience with unforeseen delays as we work with the supplier to get your items to you as soon as possible.
- IMPORTANT: Please use the best email and phone number on your order to communicate with the carrier. They will contact you directly to schedule drop-off.
Delivery
- The weight and size of this crate require truck delivery by special appointment (LTL), on an oversized pallet. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
- The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower the items to ground level. Depending on the size of your item, it may be handy to have assistance and a dolly available.
- Carriers are required to provide you 15 minutes to look over your order. We recommend always signing "upon inspection".
- Please plan to unbox your items and inspect them right away. You must notify us within 48 hours of any inaccuracies or damages that may have occurred during transit to qualify for a return.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
- You may cancel your order for a SaunaLife product any time before it ships for a full refund.
- After shipment, returns/exchanges are allowed for SaunaLife products within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be undamaged, under full warranty, and returned in original packaging (including any palettes for items that arrived by freight).
- Shipping and handling for returns that are not within 48 hours and not due to damage are the responsibility of the customer.
- Handling fees are a minimum of 2.9% of the order total.
- There is a 25% restocking fee for SaunaLife products. If you wish to exchange the product for something else, we may be able to assist you with the restocking fee depending on your order.
- Please see our Returns Policy and instructions to initiate a return. To qualify for a return and refund, all returns must be initiated via email and our return form.
