Shipping and Returns
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping for this item is FREE via LTL (Economy Freight). Once your order ships, transit time is typically 5-8 days. You will receive tracking information, instructions and an estimated day of arrival.
IMPORTANT: Please use the best email and phone number on your order to communicate with the carrier. They will contact you directly to schedule drop-off.
All require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, neither Amantii or Yardjoyment cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipment or delivery.
Freight delivery is curbside. Carriers are required to provide you 15 minutes to look over your order. We recommend always signing "upon inspection". Please plan to unbox your items and inspect them right away. You must notify us within 48 hours of any inaccuracies or damages that may have occurred during transit to qualify for a damaged shipment return.
*Please note, this is curbside delivery only and the freight company will not move the shipment. If additional assistance is needed to move your order to another location, please take this into consideration and make the necessary arrangements prior to or once delivery has been scheduled.
Return Policy for Amantii Products
- Damages must be reported to YardJoyment within 14 days of receiving the shipment for an authorization number and to arrange replacement or credit.
- Unwanted or undamaged returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and the customer will be responsible for 20% restocking fee + freight will be charged.
- Original packaging must accompany returns.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused returned to sender, at the sender's expense.
- Returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges both ways.
- Refused Shipments : All refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges both ways
