We offer 3 tiers of concierge services to meet your needs (see the "Choose Your Experience" tab In this description for more details):

  • Tier 1:  Silver Concierge Experience - receive a digital portfolio of in-stock inventory of your preferred fountain models

  • Tier 2: Gold Concierge Experience - Join us at the Blue Thumb factory in real time as we capture imagery of your preferred fountain models.

  • Tier 3:  Platinum Concierge Experience - Unsure what you're looking for?  We'll take you on the ultimate real-time guided tour to with our experts to narrow in on your best options.
All 3 tiers of service include taking comprehensive photographs and video showcasing every detail, from intricate patterns to varied color palettes, so you can confidently envision how each fountain will complement your outdoor space before you purchase.

Important Notes

  • Pre-purchase photography is not offered directly through Blue Thumb.  YardJoyment offers the only pre-purchase photography service available.

  • We are unable to place holds on fountains until after purchase, so we ensure our service is detailed and thorough to provide you with all the information and photos you need to make your decision in a timely manner

How Does it Work?

Once we receive your order for a concierge service, we will reach out to you with a questionnaire regarding your interests and preferences.  It can take up to 3 business days to coordinate our concierge visit with Blue Thumb after we receive your questionnaire.  We will then inform and/or coordinate a time for our visit with you.

We will follow up with your digital portfolio of images and video within one business day after our visit.  Your portfolio will include purchase links and instructions based on your preferred fountains.  If your selected fountain is one-of-a-kind, we will send you a custom invoice for purchase. 

Once your fountain is purchased, it will be reserved for you and your order will follow Blue Thumb's normal packaging and shipping processes.

    Choose Your Experience

    We understand different customers have different needs so we offer 3 tiers of service.  

    Tier 1: Silver Fountain Selection Concierge Service - $250

    Can't decide between 2-3 fountain styles?  Our team will coordinate with the Blue Thumb manufacturer to visit their facility and capture comprehensive photographs and video of up to 3 fountain models, including detailed close-ups and multiple angles, providing you with an immersive visual experience. Receive a digital portfolio of your curated options, allowing you to explore and envision each fountain's unique character from the comfort of your own space.

    Tier 2: Gold Fountain Selection Concierge Service - $350 

    Elevate your fountain selection journey with our Virtual Fountain Consultation service. In addition to the curated digital portfolio, you'll have the opportunity to consult with our expert concierge via a personalized Zoom or FaceTime session while we are at Blue Thumb. During this virtual consultation, our concierge will guide you through the selection process reviewing up to 3 fountain models and answering any questions you may have and providing valuable insights to ensure you make an informed decision that seamlessly complements your landscape and personal style.  Our visit will be scheduled at a time of your convenience and coordinated with Blue Thumb during their business hours.

    Tier 3: Platinum - Exclusive Factory Tour Experience - $600

    For the undecided who wants to see all the options!  Immerse yourself in the ultimate fountain selection experience with our Exclusive Factory Tour. Our concierge will personally accompany you on a private tour of the Blue Thumb manufacturer's facility, up to an hour, providing you with unprecedented access to their extensive inventory of one-of-a-kind fountains. As you explore the showroom together, our expert will curate a tailored selection based on your preferences, offering real-time guidance and advice to help you envision each fountain in your outdoor space. This truly personalized experience ensures you select the perfect fountain with confidence.  We will help you narrow down your options to 3-5 fountains and send you a digital portfolio for review after our time together.

    See your Fountain in Your Landscape! 

    We'll use photo magic to place 1-3 fountains in a photo of your actual landscape.

    • 1-3 Custom Images:  $75

    Landscape Consultation

    Need landscaping help regarding the placement and surroundings of your fountain?  Our resident Landscape Designer and Architect, Peter Rielle, will meet with you virtually to give you recommendations for designing a fountainscape that integrates beautifully in your landscape.

    • 30 Minute Session:  $125

          Shipping & Delivery

          Once your fountain order is placed, Blue Thumb's standard Shipping & Delivery  processes and policies apply. 

          Shipping for this item is FREE via LTL (Economy Freight).  

          Once your order ships, transit time is typically 1-2 weeks.  You will receive tracking information, instructions and an estimated day of arrival.  Freight Delivery is curbside.  We recommend having a dolly or support available to assist with heavier items.

          IMPORTANT:  Please use the best email and phone number on your order to  communicate with the carrier.  They will contact you directly to schedule drop-off.

          Delivery Inspection 

          Carriers are required to provide you 15 minutes to look over your order.  Please open your order immediately in front of the driver and review.  Additionally, you have just 24 hours to notify of us damage and to begin the process of filing an insurance claim.  

          Prior to delivery, we highly recommend reviewing our "Inspection Upon Delivery" and "Damaged Items" policies and procedures in our shipping policy to facilitate any potential claims. 

          Order Cancellations & Returns

          Cancellations

          You may contact us to cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.

          You may also cancel your order at any time before it has shipped for a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

          Returns

          Defective items may be returned to Blue Thumb without a restocking fee during the warranty period of the merchandise.

          For all other returns, a 20% restocking fee is charged by the manufacturer. Items must be in like-new, sellable condition, and in season. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.  The customer is responsible for return shipping and freight costs.

          Should you have an interest an exchange, we will do our best at YardJoyment to work with the manufacturer on your behalf to minimize restocking fees and charges.  However, we can't make any guarantees.

          All returns require a Returned Goods Receipt (RGR#) to be clearly marked on the outside of each package returned. Please contact YardJoyment prior to shipping to obtain instructions and a RGR#.

          NOTE:  Special orders, clearance/specials, and custom-cut items like liner, underlayment, anti-splash mat, and tubing are not returnable.
