Everything you need to build your own pond ecosystem is included in this convenient, easy-to-install DIY kit.  Blue Thumb thinks of everything!  You won't be needing to measure, cut and run back-and-forth to the hardware and plumbing stores!  The only thing you'll need to provide are the rocks and gravel to personalize your pond to your landscape.

Simplifies routine maintenance by removing floating debris before it sinks to the bottom of the pond and turns to sludge. Offers two-stage mechanical filtration while housing and protecting the Pump - and hiding unsightly plumbing!  Everything you'll need to assemble is included.

High-Efficiency Clear Water Pump 

The Pump sits in back pump chamber protected from clogging by nets and filter mats. Blue Thumb pumps are recommended as they will use far less electricity and are meant to operate continuously.  A mainstay of the water garden industry for years, these pumps have proved to be one of the most dependable and energy-efficient direct drive pumps available. These pumps are great for medium to heavy flows and higher head heights.

Fish-Friendly Rubber Liner

Super-strong 45-mil EPDM liner is the best choice when building a pond. Very flexible - conforms to pond's curves and slopes.  

A non-woven, protective underliner fabric forms a soft padding for the liner. Installs much quicker than newspaper and covers the vertical walls unlike sand. Unlike carpeting, it allows gases to escape out of the sides from the earth's soil.

1.5" Flex PVC Pipe

Carries water from skimmer box up to the biological waterfall box. Flex PVC is much easier to install than rigid PVC.

Pre-cut and glued to fit the Pond Kit you're installing.  You will not need to measure, cut, and glue the parts necessary to making the assembly thereby eliminating installation time. No more running around to hardware and plumbing stores trying to find the parts you need!

Bacti-Twist Biological Filter Media 

This bio-ribbon media is black, spiral-shaped, plastic media that is designed to filter your pond both biologically and mechanically. The large surface area of Bacti-Twist provides a place for pond debris and other waste to accumulate and convert into beneficial bacteria. This media is easy to clean and can last for years.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping for this item is FREE.

Your item will be packaged for shipment in 2-4 days.  You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. The most economical method of shipping will be used depending on the size of your order (weight and dimensions) and the distance it is being shipped.  A variety of services are used including common carriers and Freight LTL providers.  

Once your order ships, delivery time is typically 5-8 days but can be longer if you live in a remote area, particularly for freight orders. 

IMPORTANT:  Please use the best email and phone number on your order to  communicate with the carrier if your order requires freight shipping.  They will contact you directly to schedule drop-off.

Freight Delivery Inspection

If your order ships by LTL, freight carriers are required to provide you 15 minutes to look over your order.  Please open your order immediately in front of the driver and review.  Additionally, you have just 24 hours to notify of us damage and to begin the process of filing an insurance claim.  

Prior to delivery, we highly recommend reviewing our "Inspection Upon Delivery" and "Damaged Items" policies and procedures in our shipping policy to facilitate any potential claims. 

Order Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

You may contact us to cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it has shipped for a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

Returns

Defective items may be returned to Blue Thumb without a restocking fee during the warranty period of the merchandise.

For all other returns, a 20% restocking fee is charged by the manufacturer. Items must be in like-new, sellable condition, and in season. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.  The customer is responsible for return shipping and freight costs.

Should you have an interest an exchange, we will do our best at YardJoyment to work with the manufacturer on your behalf to minimize restocking fees and charges.  However, we can't make any guarantees.

All returns require a Returned Goods Receipt (RGR#) to be clearly marked on the outside of each package returned. Please contact YardJoyment prior to shipping to obtain instructions and a RGR#.

NOTE:  Special orders, clearance/specials, and custom-cut items like liner, underlayment, anti-splash mat, and tubing are not returnable.
