Column fountains create wonderful curb appeal with zero liability in front yard landscapes because there is no standing water and provide soul-soothing tranquility in backyard living spaces, too.

The Triple Column complete fountain set provides interest and versatility in a trio set of fountains, each with a unique shape and size - yet together, they work perfectly together.  Ranging from 18" to 28" in height, the fountains provide an elegant statement and tranquil beauty to any landscape setting with the natural beauty of real rock with the added durability and lighter weight of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC).

The GRFC bubbling boulders have a very natural look and texture, and Blue Thumb's quality construction ensures many years of enjoyment, yet these fountains weigh hundreds of pounds less than identical "real" stone!   Each of Blue Thumb's GFRC boulder fountains are designed and hand-crafted specifically to make an eye-catching water feature.

IllumiFlow Pump

IllumiFlow Pumps are a hybrid direct drive/magnetic drive pump, meaning they offer the flow rates of direct drive pumps with the low energy costs of magnetic drive pumps. Due to an increase in quality components and manufacturing technologies we've extended the warranty to 24 months on the IllumiFlow Pump line.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping for this item is FREE via LTL (Economy Freight).  

Once your order ships, transit time is typically 1-2 weeks.  You will receive tracking information, instructions and an estimated day of arrival.  Freight Delivery is curbside.  We recommend having a dolly or support available to assist with heavier items.

IMPORTANT:  Please use the best email and phone number on your order to  communicate with the carrier.  They will contact you directly to schedule drop-off.

Delivery Inspection 

Carriers are required to provide you 15 minutes to look over your order.  Please open your order immediately in front of the driver and review.  Additionally, you have just 24 hours to notify of us damage and to begin the process of filing an insurance claim.  

Prior to delivery, we highly recommend reviewing our "Inspection Upon Delivery" and "Damaged Items" policies and procedures in our shipping policy to facilitate any potential claims. 

Order Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

You may contact us to cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it has shipped for a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

Returns

Defective items may be returned to Blue Thumb without a restocking fee during the warranty period of the merchandise.

For all other returns, a 20% restocking fee is charged by the manufacturer. Items must be in like-new, sellable condition, and in season. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.  The customer is responsible for return shipping and freight costs.

Should you have an interest an exchange, we will do our best at YardJoyment to work with the manufacturer on your behalf to minimize restocking fees and charges.  However, we can't make any guarantees.

All returns require a Returned Goods Receipt (RGR#) to be clearly marked on the outside of each package returned. Please contact YardJoyment prior to shipping to obtain instructions and a RGR#.

NOTE:  Special orders, clearance/specials, and custom-cut items like liner, underlayment, anti-splash mat, and tubing are not returnable.
