Shipping & Delivery

Shipping for this item is FREE via LTL (Economy Freight).  Once your order ships, transit time is typically 5-8 days.  You will receive tracking information, instructions and an estimated day of arrival.

IMPORTANT:  Please use the best email and phone number on your order to  communicate with the carrier.  They will contact you directly to schedule drop-off.

Freight delivery is curbside.  Carriers are required to provide you 15 minutes to look over your order.  We recommend always signing "upon inspection".  Please plan to unbox your items and inspect them right away.  You must notify us within 48 hours of any inaccuracies or damages that may have occurred during transit to qualify for a return.

Returns

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for Blue Thumb returns. Items must be in like-new, sellable condition, and in season. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.  The customer is responsible for return shipping and freight costs.

All returns require a Returned Goods Receipt (RGR#) to be clearly marked on the outside of each package returned. Please contact YardJoyment prior to shipping to obtain instructions and a RGR#.

Defective items may be returned to Blue Thumb without a restocking fee during the warranty period of the merchandise.

NOTE:  Special orders, clearance/specials, and custom-cut items like liner, underlayment, anti-splash mat, and tubing are not returnable.
