About Plastic Poms
Plastic poms are very popular due to their low cost, durability and color intensity. We offer 24 colors of plastic that can be ordered individually (solid) or mixed and matched (2 or 3 colors). Mixing colors does not increase the cost of the poms. Click here to see examples and options available
Our plastic poms can also be enhanced with metallic Glitter and Flash (see info tab) to add sparkle and create unique looks.
For endless options, plastic can be mixed with metallic and specialty strands (2 or 3 colors). Click here to see the options available. Pom Express offers more options and styles than are available anywhere else!
Fluffing
All our poms come pre-fluffed, included in price. There is no discount for un-fluffed poms. More than likely you will want to add more fluff to your poms after shipping. Click here to see our fluffing instructions.
Pricing
Poms are priced per pom, not per pair. For example if you need poms for 12 team members or dancers, you'll need to order a total of 24 poms.

School P.O's and Payment
You can check out with a School Purchase order, most credit card types, or the electronic payment options offered. We also offer payment plans on larger orders.
Small order? No problem!
There is a $10 service charge under the minimum order quantity of 6, but we can get any quantity from the manufacturer and are happy to order for you!. If you would like to mix and match different colors and styles to avoid the service charge, please give us a call. You don't need to order all the same poms to exceed the minimum, and our online system doesn't handle this type of order.
In a Rush?
We do offer express shipping, but we can't rush production. Custom pom orders are manufactured in the order received at the factory. If you need poms urgently, we recommend looking at our Quick Shop pom selection that are pre-manufactured and ready to ship.
If you would like to get custom orders as quickly as possible, we recommend calling us if you're in a hurry. We can help you through any questions and decisions you need to make to facilitate getting your order placed with the manufacturer as quickly as possible.

Glitter & Flash Poms
Adding in Metallic Glitter and/or Flash can really make your poms sparkle! They also add more fullness to the pom and the color combinations are unlimited!
Whether you want to add razzle dazzle or really mix things up, Glitter and/or Flash offer endless options. We also love how adding a little bit of Glitter can influence the color to create new shades.
Details
Eg. Glitter is 3/16" wide and adds 10% fullness to the pom. Selecting 2 colors of Glitter, or "Double Glitter", adds 20% fullness to the pom.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Shipping is flat rate based on quantity. Shipping times vary based on location, but usually take 2-5 days.
Express Shipping Express shipping is offered, but it only affects shipping time. Your poms will be manufactured per current production schedules at the manufacturer. There is no option to put a rush on production time.
Important! If you are ordering Poms and megaphones, please check out separately to ensure accurate shipping charges and avoid inflating your shipping costs.
Returns
Custom poms are made special just for you and are therefore are not returnable. If you have any questions regarding styles, sizes, handles, etc. please call us! We're here to help and can offer our expertise before you place your order.
