Shipping & Delivery
Shipping for this item is FREE via LTL (Economy Freight). Once your order ships, transit time is typically 5-8 days. You will receive tracking information, instructions and an estimated day of arrival.
IMPORTANT: Please use the best email and phone number on your order to communicate with the carrier. They will contact you directly to schedule drop-off.
Freight delivery is curbside. Carriers are required to provide you 15 minutes to look over your order. We recommend always signing "upon inspection". Please plan to unbox your items and inspect them right away. You must notify us within 48 hours of any inaccuracies or damages that may have occurred during transit to qualify for a return.
Returns
Returns not allowed for custom made-to-order Items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect per order specifications. Notification must be made within 48 hours of receipt if there is an issue. See our Returns Policy for more information and instructions to initiate a return.

Delivery
The carrier will contact you directly to coordinate a drop-off time when someone will be home (again please be sure to include the best phone number and email on your order).
Due to the potential size of the delivery truck, freight companies set expectations for curbside drop-off/delivery, so it's a good idea to have help and a moving dolly on hand for your item's scheduled arrival.
